THE BUYING PROCESS

FCFUSA @ Thundersley Home Essentials’ fee to facilitate orders for customers is 25% of the value of the total purchase.

Once we acknowledge your quote request, we will forward a detailed quote for your selected item(s) within 48 business hours. The quote will include the price, our 25% fee, estimated shipping costs, duty, insurance fees and all applicable taxes, along with a comparison of the recommended retail price against your price. We can help you with fabric and trim yardages if you let us know styles and sizes of your windows.

Quotes received from FCFUSA @ Thundersley Home Essentials are valid for 30 days.

We require full payment for items you wish to purchase prior to placing the final orders with our vendors. Changes cannot be made to an order once it has been placed.
